Be Fearlessly You

Be Fearlessly You

I can smile, I have a killer smile, but I love it when I laugh out loud, stretching the ends of my mouth from ear to ear and almost choking with tears in my eyes.

I can read on stage, I am eloquent, but I love it when I hide in my room and I read and giggle to myself, when I have little conversations and face-making on my bed.

I can dance on a pole, but I love it when I dance alone in my room naked while no one watches me, when I twist and turn in the mirror-mesmerised by my curves and twirls.

I can eat perfectly with the perfect cutlery set, but alas! I love it when I eat with my hands and licking every bit of deliciousness from my natural cutlery set.

But you know what else?

I love it when I am myself around people who do not judge me when I am myself.

When I can laugh and cry and not be labeled as weird.

When I can dance around my area and feel the weather and not be labeled as a psycho.

I love it when I am accepted when I am me, and even if I am not accepted, I will be me, fearlessly.
